Twenty Greek food production companies will be given the ‘green light’ to export products to the Russian market, when the embargo is lifted, Assistant chief of Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) Alexey Alekseenko on Monday said at a phone contact with ANA-MPA. Rosselkhoznadzor inspection parties will be in Greece as of April 20 for two weeks and will conduct on site checks to the Greeks veterinary services as well as to 20 Greek dairy, fishery and meat companies. Alekseenko said that Greece will be the first country that will be checked with Cyprus and Hungary to follow. (source: ana-mpa)
