At the same time, Ghana, Senegal, Togo, Gambia, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Georgia, Ukraine, India and Armenia remain on the list.The Working Group tasked with determining safe third countries and safe countries of origin is continuing its work and will soon submit its proposals for reforming the legal and regulatory framework that governs the determination of third countries characterized as safe.
