A new poll, conducted by Palmos Analysis and published today on the tvxs.gr site, records a 9% SYRIZA lead over the ruling New Democracy party. Were Greece to hold national elections today, 29.8% of all Greeks would vote for the left-wing opposition party. According to the poll, just 20.4% would vouch their support for New Democracy. The poll also shows a general downswing in momentum for other political parties. Behind SYRIZA and New Democracy, Greece’s other parties stack up as follows: To Potami (The River): 5.7% Golden Dawn: 5% PASOK: 4.7% KKE: 3% ANEL: 2.3% LAOS: 1.7% Democratic Left: 0.4% White or invalid: 3.1% Undecided: 8.8% Other parties: 6.9%
