Greek Police Link ‘Armed Car’ to Nikos Maziotis

  Hellenic Police have linked Nikos Maziotis to the car that was found in Palaio Faliro in Athens, Greece filled with weapons. According to police investigations, a rocket weapon found in the car, is similar to the one that was found in Revolutionary Struggle’s safe-house, leading the Greek Anti-Terrorist Unit to believe that the car belongs to Maziotis’ terrorist group. Greek officials believe that there is a connection between Maziotis and the car but do not yet have a clear idea of what the perpetrators’ plan was. However, the Greek police underlines that sufficient facts have not yet been found in order to come to any definite conclusion.
