Holiday at home with Turkish-style lamb, grilled corn in soy butter and the joy that is a corn dog on a stick The thing about holiday food and drink is that it’s best consumed on holiday. For all the joy of, say, apple tea, limoncello and Greek salad, they all make most sense when enjoyed in Turkey, Italy or Greece.
