Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, will meet tomorrow, Friday, July 30, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence of Lebanon, Zeina Akar. The private and then expanded talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are expected to focus on enhancing cooperation between the two countries both bilaterally and with the participation of Greece and Lebanon in multilateral cooperation schemes. Various issues will be discussed, including, inter alia, international and regional developments, mainly in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Cyprus issue, the refugee-migration issue and the situation in Syria. After the private and expanded talks, statements to the Press will follow (at about 13:20). Afterwards, Minister of Foreign Affairs will host a working lunch.
