According to the public health agency, 45,924 people in the country have so far tested positive for the virus which causes the Covid-19 respiratory disease. The death toll reached 4,717, after a further 23 deaths were recorded on Tuesday. 5.55pm BST Aid organisations have slammed a DECISION BY THE GREEK GOVERNMENT TO KEEP MIGRANTS AND REFUGEES IN PROLONGED LOCKDOWN when restrictions on public movement have otherwise been greatly eased nationwide, writes HELENA SMITH, the Guardian’s Athens correspondent.
