Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Terence Quick is carrying out a working visit to Nicosia, at the invitation of the Presidential Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus, Fotis Fotiou. The programme of his visit also includes a meeting with the Cypriot Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Nikos Christodoulides. The talks of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Presidential Commissioner, who is also responsible for Diaspora Issues, will begin at 10.30 a.m. at the Presidential Palace, initially during a one-on-one meeting and then with the participation of their representatives. Discussions will revolve around outstanding questions which require planning in the context of the trilateral cooperation of Greece and Cyprus with Egypt, Israel, Armenia, and Lebanon, as well as launching of actions arising from the Memorandum of Understanding which was concluded in December 2016 by Mr Quick and Mr Fotiou.
