The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, Nikos Kotzias made an official visit to Singapore on 29 November 2017. Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, met Minister Kotzias and hosted him to an official lunch this afternoon. Both sides affirmed the warm and growing relations between Greece and Singapore, and discussed opportunities to enhance bilateral economic relations, ASEAN, and regional developments. Minister Balakrishnan welcomed the decision by Greece to establish a full resident Embassy in Singapore, and looked forward to the arrival of Ambassador-designate to Singapore, Ms Constantina Koliou, and the opening of the Embassy in Singapore.
