Alternate Foreign Minister Giorgos Katrougalos today conferred the Grand Cross of the Order of the Phoenix on Spain's departing Ambassador to Athens, Alfonso Lucini Mateo. During his time as ambassador to Athens, Mr. Mateo further strengthened Greek-Spanish relations.
