On Monday, 24 April, the first Ministerial Conference of the Ancient Civilizations Forum will take place in Athens, at the Zappeion Megaron. The Ancient Civilizations Forum will be attended by ten countries that represent major ancient civilizations: Greece, China, Bolivia, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Mexico and Peru. The Conference proceedings will open at Zappeion Megaron, at 09:00. During the Conference, the participants will have the opportunity to exchange views on the role of culture as a factor for soft power and the effective promotion of a positive cooperation agenda aimed at capitalising on cultural heritage. The Forum proceedings will culminate in a press conference given by the participants, at 15:15. Attending officials will then be taken on a guided tour of the Acropolis Museum, and a dinner will be hosted at the museum's restaurant.
