The National Bank of Greece (NBG), Greece's troubled banking giant, announced it is selling its Bulgarian subsidiary OBB (United Bulgarian Bank). NBG announced it will sell 99,1 percent of OBB's shares to the Belgian KBC Group for 610 million EUR.
