Immediately following Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias’ return from Mongolia, a meeting was held today to assess the developments in our neighbouring country and evaluate the new security environment in the region. Participants in the meeting included the political and civil leadership of the Foreign Ministry, the Alternate Minister for Citizen Protection, and a representative of the Defense Ministry.It was underscored at the meeting that Greece unequivocally condemns the attempted coup and disruption of constitutional order in Turkey.
