The proceedings of the 5th Greek-Armenian Joint Interministerial Committee (JIC) on Economic, Industrial, Technological and Scientific Cooperation concluded in Athens on Friday, 4 March, presided over by Greece’s Deputy Foreign Minister for International Economic Relations, Dimitris Mardas, and Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Garen Nazarian.The JIC looked at issues such as the upgrading of the bilateral institutional cooperation framework in the sectors of economy, transport, tourism, agriculture, SMEs, energy and the environment, and science and technology, as well as at broader cooperation within the framework of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
