About 2,000 migrants have entered Serbia on Sunday morning after crossing from Macedonia, Tanjug reported. They are queing orderly in front of the reception centre in Presevo, waiting for the Serbian authorities to organize their transportation by buses to Belgrade. According to Tanjug, the migrants have reached Serbia’s border by bus, travelling north from the southern Macedonian town of Gevgelija. Meanwhile, Serbian state broadcaster RTS reported that another group of about 2,000 migrants has crossed the border from Macedonia near Miratovac village and is heading to Presevo by bus and on foot. Late on Saturday, the migrants stormed their way into Macedonia from Greece, overhelming the Macedonian police forces after waiting for nearly three days in a no-man’s land between the two countries. Serbia’s Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic will visit Presevo border crossing later on Sunday as well as the reception center for migrants in the town.
