Greece will submit a new aid proposal to European creditors "maybe" on Wednesday, euro zone officials said, with Athens' European partners convening in Brussels for emergency talks. A second official also said the Greek delegation to a meeting of the Eurogroup of euro zone finance ministers had not submitted any formal proposal for credit.
