Shock. 7.55pm BST I watched Kazakhstan-Latvia earlier, writes JR in Illinois. Some 0-0 games are pretty entertaining. This wasnt one of those. As far as I can tell the only item of note in the match was in the first half. Some subs were warming up along the sideline (not sure from which team) but one of them was much too close to the pitch and he ended up running head-first into the assistant referee. The player was fine but the assistant needed treatment for a couple minutes before continuing. I have a mixture of the utmost respect and enormous pity for any neutral who decides that watching Kazakhstan-Latvia is a good idea. 7.52pm BST The Andorran captain and centre-back sends Wayne Hennessey the wrong way, and Andorra have scored their first goal in 20 matches! 7.51pm BST Penalty to Andorra! Ivan Lorenzo goes down, having beein lightly brushed by the hand of Neil Taylor. The referee waves play on, but then an assistant clearly has a word and he calls play back! 7.50pm BST Clouds of funny black synthetic pitch seeds are flying up every time the ball lands on Andorras pitch, and the ball is, by way of protest, refusing to roll very far. Gabriel Riera of Andorra executes possibly the skill move of the day, pirouetting in midfield and bemusing a couple of markers. 7.46pm BST An early effort for Wales, who have Chris Gunter cutting in from the right and having a stinging shot saved with 39 seconds on the clock. 7.45pm BST Theyre under way in Andorra. Fifteen seconds played.
