The feeling among many Germans is that the same politicians are likely to find themselves in a huddle over the same issue again a few months down the lineFollowing a marathon 17 hours of talks in which the Greek prime minister accepted a third bailout programme, Angela Merkel emerged in Brussels tired but surprisingly well-tempered and focused.After 27 hours without a wink of sleep, and probably the longest meeting of her chancellorship, she told waiting journalists: “The advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The fundamental principles have been adhered to.
