Celebrated chef José Andrés is offering a unique opportunity to visit Kea, the source of much of Andrés’s inspiration for his Mediterranean restaurant Zaytinya. Being held September 1 through 6, the unique trip will be co-hosted by Greek food expert Aglaia Kremezi and Zaytinya chef Michael Costa.
