The Foreign Ministers of Greece, Nikos Kotzias; Bulgaria, Daniel Mitov; Croatia, Miro Kovač; and Romania, Lazăr Comănescu, met within the framework of the Summit Meeting of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), which took place today, 1 June, in Sofia.The four Foreign Ministers agreed to initiate informal regular talks for the purpose of exchanging views on European issues of special interest to the four EU member states of Southeast Europe.The aim of the talks is a joint, constructive intervention in the processes and policies of the European Union.
