French health authority says only enough doses left for second shots from 2 February * EU could block millions of vaccine doses from entering UK with new powers * Germany recommends Oxford vaccine not be used on over-65s * Portugal facing ‘worst moment’ of pandemic so far, says PM * French police accused of breaking curfew with Macarena party * UK coronavirus updates - live 4.04pm GMT The GREEK government has said it would throw the country’s main carrier Aegean Airlines a lifeline of up to 120 million euros in return for a stake in the company, AFP reports. _Aegean Airlines “will receive state financial support... up to the loss it sustained as a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic,” government spokesman Christos Tarantilis said after a cabinet meeting._ _In return, the carrier will give the Greek state stock warrants worth 11.5 percent of its shares after a capital increase of at least 60 million euros, for a period of two to five years, Tarantilis said. He noted that the move had already been approved by the European Commission._ 3.56pm GMT ICELAND may relax its coronavirus restrictions earlier than planned after just 11 new domestic cases were reported over the last week, all of which were in quarantine by the time they were diagnosed, according to local media. Iceland Review reports that the country’s chief epidemiologist Þórólfur Guðnason told a news briefing today that it could loosen restrictions before 17 February, if cases remain so low.
