GREECE, NY (WROC) - A neighbor says the man who died after being shot by police during an incident on Betwood Lane was an 81-years-old war veteran who suffered from flashbacks. The man, who hasn't yet been officially identified by police, was shot after a 911 call early Thursday morning.
