The Panhellenic Seamen's Federation (PNO) has declared a 24-hour strike for all ship categories for Wednesday, 18 April, ANA reports. The federation is protesting against a shipping ministry decision that, according to the federation, allows freighters to sail with minimum "safe manning" crews.
