Since owner and main chef Eftiochios Mountakis, along with his Vietnamese wife Sammy and their family, moved back to Vietnam from Athens in early 2013, their dream was to open Zeus and their goal since then has been to serve up authentic GREEK flavours with no MSG or other chemicals.
