Malawi has 120 residents of GREEK origin - including third-generation children - who are mostly involved in tobacco cultivation and trade. The majority originate from the North Aegean island of Limnos. Diplomatically, Malawi belongs to the jurisdiction of the GREEK embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe.
