The Deputy Foreign Minister for Greek Diaspora Affairs, Mr. Terens Quick, returns today from Belgrade, where he participated in the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Ministerial Meeting, which signaled the end of the Serbia’s six-month presidency of the Organization and the beginning of the current Turkish presidency.
