Weather permitting, the annual Harvest Moon Regatta will start at 2 p.m. on Oct. 13 from about the 29th Street Jetty/Pleasure Pier in Galveston. The annual race from Galveston to Port Aransas is hosted by the Lakewood Yacht Club.
