Celebrate Greek independence at OXI Day parade in Toronto

The Greek community of Toronto is holding its annual OXI Day parade in Greektown Sunday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. The event takes place along Danforth Avenue, and honours Greek veterans who refused Italian occupation and entered the Second World War on Oct. 28, 1940.
