REPORTER: Where are we today with regard to Cyprus? Are we close, as it appears, to finding a solution?Ν. KOTZIAS: The first four of the core chapters have been negotiated and there has been agreement on many issues. Quite a few others are still open, such as the rotating presidency, and there are the issues of territory, guarantees and security that have yet to be thoroughly discussed by both sides.
