The Alternate Foreign Minister for European Affairs, Nikos Xydakis, hosted a luncheon today in honor of the outgoing Latvian Ambassador, Ivars Pundurs. The luncheon was also attended by the Ambassadors of the Czech Republic, Mr. Bondy, Finland, Mr. Makela, Turkey, Mr. Uras, and Poland, Ms. Barbarzak.Mr. Xydakis praised the level of Greek-Latvian bilateral relations, as wells as the two countries’ relations within the EU and NATO. The Latvian Ambassador expressed his complete satisfaction with his tour here and the course of the dialogue between Greece and Latvia.
