After meeting with Greek PM in Athens, president of European Council issues warning to would-be migrants The European Council president, Donald Tusk, has warned economic migrants not to come to Europe, after holding talks on the refugee crisis with the Greek prime minister, Alexis Tsipras. “I want to appeal to all potential illegal economic migrants, wherever you are from: do not come to Europe.
