Hundreds of migrants have broken out of a camp in Hungary as riot police use tear gas on refugees trying to storm a ferry on a Greek island. And refugees stuck on a train in Bicske, Hungary, since yesterday, are refusing to go to a migrant camp - while others threatened to walk from Budapest to Vienna. Hundreds of other refugees in Budapest theatened to go by foot the 150 miles (240km) to the Austrian capital.
