Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu on Tuesday agreed to intensify exploratory talks on the thorny issue of the continental shelf, to promote confidence-building measures and to back a new round of peace talks on Cyprus.
