An Athens court is expected to rule Friday on grievous bodily harm charges against Ilias Kassidiaris, one of several Golden Dawn lawmakers in pre-trial custody on separate charges for allegedly running a criminal organization. Footage from the June 2012 show showed Kassidiaris repeatedly slapping one woman and throwing a glass of water at another before running away. The attack followed an exchange of verbal abuse. If convicted Friday, Kassidiaris faces a minimum three-month prison sentence. About 100 supporters of Golden Dawn — now Greece's third largest party — gathered outside the courthouse in a show of support.
