Davide: Going only by his first name, Davide fills his feed with clean slices of European architecture. I know. I’ve posted way too many shots of this church but I can’t help it. Grundtvig’s Church was named after the Danish philosopher N.F.S. Grundtvig and designed by Peder Vilhelm Jensen-Klint. The work started in 1921 and it was later completed by Klint’s son, Kaare, after his father's death, in 1940. Jensen-Klint's design for Grundtvig's Church is a synthesis of architectural styles. Klint merged the modern geometric forms of Brick Expressionism with the classical vertical of Gothic architecture. The Church is in Copenhagen, Denmark. And it’s magnificent.
