The Greek Independence Day Parade is this Sunday. Since 1938, thousands have taken part in the annual celebration on Fifth Avenue. Local celebrity chef Michael Psilakis will be one of the guests. He stopped by our studios to show us firsthand how to put together a traditional, healthy, and delicious Greek meal.
