French, German leaders hold 'fruitful' talks on Greece
French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday held "constructive and fruitful" phone talks on the crisis in Greece and the eurozone, Hollande's office said.
They exchanged "views on the situation in Greece, the preparations for a G20 summit and the next European Council meeting on June 28 and 29," a statement said.

French president to Rome for debt-crisis talks
New French President Francois Hollande travels to Rome on Thursday for talks with Mario Monti ahead of a key four-way summit, as Italy struggles to shake off rumours it may be heading for a bailout.
His visit comes amid fresh fears that Eurozone leaders may have failed to control the spiralling debt crisis, which has forced a struggling Spain to ask for aid and may see Greece bow out of the zone after an election this weekend.
