Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ioannis Amanatidis met today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Dr. Julio Cesar Caballero Moreno, the Bolivian Ambassador to Greece. During their meeting, they reaffirmed the traditional ties of friendship between the two countries and ascertained a convergence of views on a number of international issues.Among the subjects discussed was the promotion of cooperation on issues of shared interest and in particular Bolivia’s role in the ‘Ancient Civilizations Forum’. Mr. Caballero expressed his optimism that Bolivia’s 2018 Chairmanship of the Forum will significantly promote the goals that have been set.Mr. Amanatidis stressed the further potential that exists for cooperation, mainly as regards the provision of know-how and expertise in sectors such as tourism, agriculture and renewable energy sources.
