German Chancellor Angela Merkel implored Hungary to quickly enforce the European Union’s top court’s ruling to take in a portion of refugees reaching the continent, according to Reuters. In the EU’s ruling last week, the court dismissed concerns by Slovakia and Hungary over required quotas introduced in 2015 to lessen the burden in Greece and Italy where thousands of migrants are reaching their shores, the report said.
