Russian President Vladimir Putin had a teleconference with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras. The two leaders discussed energy issues and the gas pipeline project. According to government representatives, the discussion took place in a very positive climate. The gas pipeline issue that was discussed during Alexis Tsipras’ recent visit in Moscow is “going well.” A gas pipeline will be built to connect the current conductor which ends in Turkey with the Western Balkans and Central Europe.
