Greek lenders National, Eurobank hold board meetings: sources

ATHENS (Reuters) - The boards of Greek lenders National Bank and Eurobank are holding separate meetings on Friday, banking sources told Reuters. Earlier on Friday, other banking sources close to the discussions said National and Eurobank were in talks on a merger that would create the country's biggest lender.
