Try the Egg & Cheese sandwich on an English muffin for just 2 grams of sugar. The World Health Organization recommends limiting added sugars to no more than 10% of your daily calories. That's no more than 50 grams of added sugar for a 2,000 calorie diet. So, don't let your sweet tooth reign supreme. The best road to good health is a balanced diet.
