Silicon Valley Experts in Greece

The Founder Institute, the biggest start-up accelerator organization worldwide, will be organizing a range of educational programs in Greece in spring 2014, to help and train aspiring Greek entrepreneurs of new economy and technology industries. The first official training program in Greece will be held on February 12, during the 4th Infocom Mobiles & Apps 2014 conference and more free seminars are expected to be held, depending on the interest of Greek entrepreneurs. The Founder Institute is based in Silicon Valley and provides consulting services to existing and new entrepreneurs concerning the creation and the development of viable start-up technology companies. It has branches and partnerships with local organizations in 55 cities and 34 countries, and has helped in the creation of more than 1,017 companies, resulting in an 89.5 percent success rate. Furthermore, the institute decided to expand in Greece as its start-up community has been rapidly growing and more and more young people are starting new businesses. Throughout the course of the four-month flexible counseling program provided by the Founder Institute, existing and aspiring entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to set up their own businesses and receive training and feedback by experienced mentors and CEOs.
