Apple Cinemas is doubling down on its business model and the Rochester market, announcing plans for a Greece location even before the new Pittsford Plaza theater opens. The expanding upscale theater chain has signed a lease with Wilmorite to renovate the former Regal Cinemas space at the Mall at Greece Ridge.
