Greece's PPC starts exclusive talks to acquire Enel's Romanian assets

Greece's biggest power utility Public Power Corp (PPC) has signed an exclusivity agreement with Italy's Enel for the possible acquisition of its assets in Romania, PPC said on Wednesday.
