Council of Europe Criticizes Greece for Treatment of Mental Health and Immigrants

The Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) of the Council of Europe published a report on Tuesday which strongly criticizes Greece.
