Women around the world march against violence

Demonstrators gather for 80 events across 31 cities including London, Berlin and New York to protest violence against women and the gendered impact of austerity 3.39pm GMT The Guardian’s Helena Smith reports from Greece: Democrats Abroad have organised a well- attended march in Greece – one of the first underway in Europe today.
