Grandfather-of-four, 66, sues cruise liner for $6million claiming he lost his TOE on a dream to trip to Greece when he scalded his foot on a boiling hot deck

A man from Long Island is suing Celebrity Cruises after he burnt his feet on a scorching deck of a cruise ship. Jeffrey Mizel, 66, who works for an LED light manufacturer, filed a $6 million lawsuit in a Brooklyn Federal Court against the cruise line.
