No more NZ lamb for French Canadian restaurateur

Marie Boudreau runs Brochetterie Le Vieux Moulin in a small settlement called Nigadoo - a French-speaking part of New Brunswick. It serves GREEK food that she prepares along with her GREEK husband. GREEK cuisine traditionally uses a lot of lamb. And the lambs for this kitchen are given a happy life.
