ATHENS, March 17 (Xinhua) -- Greek Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Kotzias has received an envelope containing a bullet and a threatening letter over the ongoing negotiations to settle the name dispute with Macedonia, diplomatic sources said Saturday.
